It is with great pleasure we receive you as our guest.
Marina de Lagos is a very well protected harbour, in the heart of the beautiful town of Lagos, in one of the finest bays for water sports in Europe. It has been awarded IMCI’s 5 Blue Stars, the TYHA’s 5 Gold Anchor Award, the “Euromarina Anchor Award” and has received the “European Blue Flag” year after year.
The Marina has 462 pontoon berths for yachts up to 30 metres with card controlled access to the pontoons and security guards patrol the property 24/7. Facilities include free private showers, laundry, swimming pool, health club, waterfront restaurant and shopping and a four star suite hotel (Marina Club).
Also available is an adventure park for children. Wireless internet access is available throughout the Marina. Water, power and pump-out service included in mooring fees. Breakfast on board service available. Marina de Lagos welcomes over-winterers and holds a winter event programme from October to June for its guests.
Arrival
There is an 80 m. reception pontoon to starboard of the Marina entrance where boats must stop to check-in at the Reception Office. Skippers must provide boat registration and crew documents.
Formalities
Upon arrival, visitors will check-in at the reception desk. The boats must be moored at the reception pontoon. The receptionists will complete the required forms and will help with official formalities, if required.
Marina and Bridge Operation Times
Summer - 01/06 - 15/09 > 08.00 - 22.00h
Winter - 16/09 - 31/05 > 09.00 - 18.00h
The Marina Bridge will open on demand via VHF 9, during the above hours.
However, at certain times, the pedestrians have right of way 10 minutes before the departure of five trains daily. Motor boats may normally pass below without opening.
Speed restriction in the harbour is 3 knots maximum.
